Ingredients
1 rack of pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
Osage Foods Bahama BBQ Rub
1/2 stick of unsalted butter, sliced
2–3 Tbsp honey
1–2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or apple juice (for moisture)
Foil for wrapping
Instructions
1. Prep the Ribs
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
Season generously with Osage Foods Bahama BBQ Rub, rubbing it into all sides.
2. Wrap & Bake
Place ribs meat-side up on a large sheet of foil.
Add 1–2 Tbsp of apple juice/cider vinegar around the ribs to keep them moist.
Wrap tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 2½ hours until tender.
3. Honey Butter Glaze
Carefully open the foil (watch for steam).
Lay slices of butter over the ribs and drizzle generously with honey.
Re-seal the foil and bake another 45 minutes to let the glaze soak in.
4. Char & Finish
Remove ribs from foil and place back on baking sheet.
Increase oven to 450°F or turn on broiler (high).
Cook 10-15 minutes uncovered until ribs caramelize and edges char.
Check internal temp with a meat thermometer — should be at least 190°F for tender ribs.
Rest 5–10 minutes, slice, and serve.
