Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please note: orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Osage Foods is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Osage Foods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@osagefoods.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
